A mandatory security deposit of €100 per apartment/studio is due at check-in. This will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days subject to everything being in order following check-out.

Different terms apply depending on your chosen rate:

  • Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 1 day prior to their arrival date. Guests must pay the first night in full should they cancel on the day prior to their arrival date.
  • Guests must pay the first night in advance during the 7 days prior to their arrival date.
  • The accepted payment method for advance payments is credit card.

Flexible – 7 days

  • Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days prior to their arrival date. Guests must pay the first night in full should they cancel during the 7 days prior to their arrival date.
  • Guests must pay the first night in advance during the 7 days prior to their arrival date.
  • The accepted payment method for advance payments is credit card.

Non-refundable

  • Guests must pay their booking in full should they cancel at any given time.
